WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION?
In a 60 min session, with light touch and verbal guidance, you will begin to map out your body from within. Together we will identify a pace that works best for you and your nervous system; with time growing trust within and tools to self reset in your day to day life.
All new clients receive a free 20 min. pre session consultation over the phone, in which I answer your questions and we see if this modality and I as your Somatic Touch Therapist might be a good fit for you.

While I do not take insurance, I do offer a sliding scale and based on commitment am happy to work out a financial path that is doable for you.

A 60 min. session is $130
I do offer a sliding scale for those in financial need.
You will not be turned away for lack of funds.

Please refrain from eating heavy meal at least 2 hours prior to your session.
Absolutely no alcohol, including cannabis before session.
I recommend some alone time before coming in.

Integration is key.
Please give yourself extra space and time to integrate the session, as it is common for insights and emotions to come up, as you have created room for them in your body.
I recommend some alone time, quite walk in a park, nature , and journaling.
Extra hydration is also a great support for your body at this time.

At least 10 sessions are recommended to witness internal improvement and growth.
